This Privacy Policy describes how WealthTrackr("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account details: name, email, and authentication credentials.
- Portfolio data you upload or enter: broker statements, holdings, trades.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
How we use your data
We use your data only to operate the service — parsing statements, computing P&L, generating reports, and supporting you when you need help. We do not sell your data.
Data residency and security
Your data is stored in Indian data centres by default with row-level tenant isolation, TLS in transit, and encryption at rest. Access is limited to a minimal set of engineers for debugging and support, and every access is logged.
Your rights
You can export all your raw data at any time, and you can delete your account which removes your tenant's data after a 30-day grace period.
