These Terms govern your access to and use of WealthTrackr. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@wealthtrackr.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service.
- Don't use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Don't upload data you are not authorised to process.
No investment advice
WealthTrackr is a portfolio management tool. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for personalised guidance.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in INR at the interval selected at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthTrackr's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
